This project contains the solution submitted in the final round of the Hackverse-22 organised by Christ Infotech. We created a model based on the data analysis and machine learning by comparing several algorithms accuracy and final one to take under the consideration and deployed through Flask framework.

- Achieved final deployment on Azure Services through Azure App Service and incorporated Azure Health Bot for consultation and recommendations based on the predicted patient risk scores.
